Honestly, I loved it here. I found my perfect prom dress , (on another girl 🙂). The staff was super welcoming from the very beginning to the end. I tried the same model 5 times , different colors , and I saw no judgment and the staff was so nice .
The staff is amazing!!! Although the store gets busy at times, there is a great system to make the process smooth. From walking in, to picking out dresses, to helping adjust them or find sizes, to the cash… everything was perfect! Thank you
I truly had a great experience shopping for a wedding dress at this boutique. Sirena, the sales associate was by my side from beginning to end, listening to my wants and dislikes. She helped me choose the most perfect dress. I appreciate her attention to detail, suggestions and her patience because I am quite indecisive. She is such a sweet soul. There are a variety of dresses. I recommend 💯
I came to give a first try of wedding dresses, and I had such a fun experience! I loooved the team, what a beautiful group of girls - so attentive and kind! If you are expecting a personalized one-on-one experience, that’s not it. The store offers more budget-friendly options, which is exactly what I am looking for. I actually ended up walking in to a different part of the salon which offers more cocktail dresses, but the team member offered to show which door I should use to go to the Boufoir section with all the white dresses. Even though my goal wasn’t to purchase the dress right away, and I didn’t, the staff treated me with so much care and understanding of my process. Thank you so so much team! I really hope I come back to make the final purchases with you including all the small details like shoes, accessories etc! Whoever of the staff is reading this, please, make sure to pass my comments to the team as it truly was such a pleasure working with them today!
I fell in love with a dress and ended up buying it!! Only thing is the employees were lacking is service. I didn’t take an appointment and there was 3 sales associates that were dealing with another client and I was stuck clamping my own dress and getting my own veil to try on. Instead the sales rep is snacking in front of clients instead of helping. Over all I am happy with the dress I just think the staff should be more present with the bride…
