Clearly this place is under some great new management! My husband and I had not been bowling at this location in years because our previous experiences were not great at all! I’m so glad we gave them another try. Yes, the cost has gone up a bit, but the experience was top notch! I had trouble finding the right weight of ball, and one of the staff found a good ball for me and came by to check to see how it was working. Check in was a breeze and the facility was extremely clean (bathroom too). Another staff checked on us (Kyrin sp?) to see if we needed help. Honestly, it was one of best date nights in a while. We will definitely be back!
Pricey $90 entry for 5 and about $90 on food. Food order was incorrect but corrected was 10/10 delicious. Cool day as a date, self, or with kids.
I am SO glad this place is here!! Bowlero is the ONLY Bowling Alley in Durham, Chapel Hill & surrounding...but even if it was among many, this place stands out. It is newly renovated with a cool retro vibe. New shoes, clean lanes, small arcade, food and attentive staff. What else could you possibly want? I would rate them higher if I could!!!
This is the second year getting a summer pass and it is great! Kid meal is cheap and bowl 2 games every day if you want. I want to specifically mention Hayleigh- she is always kind and smiling even when things are busy/stressful. We enjoy seeing her when we visit!
I went on Sunday, and although the parking lot was full, it wasn’t very crowded inside. There was a line to pay, but everything went quickly. They have different promotions depending on the day and even the time. When I went, there were no promotions, and we paid for two lanes. The table in the lane we were assigned was dirty and was never cleaned, so I don’t recommend leaving a tip if they can’t even clean the table. They sell beer.
