Customer service was great. Kristopher A greet us and was friendly and inviting. He took the time to explain all the specials and deals! He even walked us through the menu! This was our first time at this location and it won’t be our last. The environment was also great and clean. Great job!!
We had a wandaful time an enjoy seeing Santa with the kids plus they got one free game an a $10 Arcade game which was great thanks
Went here yesterday with my family. We have been repeat customers for many years through all the changes. Now its terrible in regards to pricing. I asked for 3 games in total. They now count 10 frames for 3 people as 3 games instead of 1. To get "3 games" now it counts as "9 games" which is over $100. WTH? 3 games used to be $60. I asked multiple times and ended up playing one game? Sad to say that I will not be back any time soon. This place used to be amazing now its just money hungry and THEY GOT RID OF DUCK PINS?! Shame
Thank You for an Unforgettable Event! I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for the absolutely amazing event you all put together for us! Shannon Gordon ( The event Planner ) was incredible from start to finish—she followed up, made sure every detail was on point, and truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. We felt like movie stars from the moment we arrived! And Candice… WOW. She was beyond amazing and absolutely deserves a raise! She took phenomenal care of us—like our personal event rep. She stayed by our side, made sure our food was hot and our drinks were always full. We didn’t run out of a single thing—chicken tenders, pizza, spring rolls, soda—you name it. If I was even close to being empty, I’d blink and it was full again. Thank you again for such an unforgettable event. You all made it so special and truly went above and beyond. We are so grateful!
Nice place. But the service for food and drink is abysmal. Tried to get a drink - waited for the waitress who told me to order from the front counter. Line was so long and slow we just gave up
