Hired the Vennel last Friday night for my Retiral Do + set it up for my band Tuesday Night Music Club to provide the music. Worked brilliantly. Everyone loved the vibe. Many thanks to Mhairi for all the arranging and to the very brilliant Ellen for looking after all our needs on the night. I cant recommend the venue too highly....
We recently held our daughter’s birthday party at The Box Hub and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. The venue itself was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. Ellen, Louise, Ranvir and Sunny were all fantastic, friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the event. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly, which made the whole experience stress free for us. A special mention to DJ Dillon, who was absolutely excellent. He created a great atmosphere, kept everyone engaged and really made the night memorable. We couldn’t fault the service or the team and would highly recommend The Box Hub to anyone looking for a well run venue with outstanding staff.
Couldn’t recommend this venue enjoy from top to bottom! What a sensational group of people who run this show - we had hired the Vennel Venue for a celebration with our family of my Wife & I’s recent elopement. Having never planned a party of this sort before and the nervous feelings that accompany this, Box Hub’s team couldn’t have been more accommodating of our individual needs & often suggested ways round ideas that we hadn’t even through of. On the night, led by the wonderful duty manager Ellen - everytbing went utterly splendidly! We cannot thank her enough for being a stupendous example of leadership & calming energy, we could really trust her with everything on the night & we were really glad to have her. The venue is exactly as you see it via their website, a perfect blend of contemporary & quirky with the perfect template to build your ideal event at from a very affordable budget, especially for the centre of Glasgow. Our guests had nothing but positive comments for us all evening & once again we could not be more grateful. Thank you Box Hub team, you made our party a memory we shall never forget! x
What a fantastic venue for hosting our home Wedding celebrations! We had around 90 guests and used recommended vendors from the team at Boxhub and it was the perfect evening! Ellen is also a superstar and worked so hard throughout our whole day from helping set-up, being on hand throughout the evening and available the next day to ensure we had the best experience and everything went as smoothly as we'd have hoped! We hired BoxHub for our wedding reveal party and what a venue it is! We had 85 guests, with seating from a 3rd party vendor and the venue was the perfect size for our celebration. We used their big screen to do our wedding reveal to all our family, with a member of the team from BoxHub on hand helping us to make the reveal a huge success. Matt, our events co-ordinator on the lead up was so calm and in control, and gave us so much confidence in the venue, even when I was stressed or overwhelmed by outside factors, even stepping in to help us out with other suppliers we were having issues with. Our trust was so well placed, the event was incredible. The bar staff were amazing, making personalised cocktails for us and were so friendly with everyone. The sound system was insane, and the general vibe for the whole evening was off the scale. We've had so many guests tell us how amazing they felt the venue was. Without a doubt, our reception would not have been half as memorable if held anywhere else. We absolutely adore this venue, and we highly recommend you book it for your next event. INSANE!
