Brought my Bentley after someone rear ended me, when I saw the damage I was shocked, I brought it to Saony at the Colission Center and after 2 weeks I had my car back LIKE NEW! The work was great, and they handled all the communication with my insurance…. Great work, great service! TOP NOTCH!
I have been a customer at Braman Collision Center for 25 years. The quality of their work is second to none. In particular I would like to say thank you to Saony Hidalgo and Joe Oss. They run the collision Center like it was their own family business. They treat me as if I was buying a Rolls-Royce at Braman every time I come in the door. I am a plastic surgeon by trade and very particular about aesthetics and the quality of work that they do. I have never been disappointed and feel lucky/Blessed to be theirclient. For anyone who cares about the quality of their repairs, Braman collision center is second to none.. Dropped off my car with substantial damage to the trunk, rear bumper, and sensors. My 2022 BMW 440i needed a lot of work. Fast forward and in a reasonable time frame I was called in to pick it up. Good as new, everything working as intended like if I just bought the vehicle today. Shout out to Erick and his co-workers at the BMW Collision Center. They did an outstanding job matching the paint to the original and fixing everything. Everything from the aesthetics to the sensors was taken care of. Would highly recommend Erick without reservation. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to update me during the process. Keep up the good work Erick! Excellent service from Charlie at the BMW Body Shop. He kindly helped me navigate the warranty process to repair two dents on my SUV, explaining everything with patience and professionalism. I did learn that the warranty only covers a percentage and not the full cost—which I wish I had known before purchasing it—but overall, the experience was very positive. The mechanic did an impeccable job in record time, and I even enjoyed two delicious coffees while I waited.
