I had an outstanding experience at BrandsMart South Dade and couldn’t be more impressed with the entire team. Chris, the sales representative, was knowledgeable, patient, and truly helped me find the perfect TV. Roelivis went above and beyond to expedite the delivery, making sure the TV was in stock and delivered exactly on the date I requested…fantastic customer care! Indy was also amazing. There was a system glitch that could have caused a double charge, but she took ownership of the issue, followed up within a couple of days, and ensured I was credited back immediately. That level of follow-through is rare and greatly appreciated. From start to finish, the entire staff was professional, friendly, and dedicated to great service. I highly recommend the BrandsMart South Dade location if you want quality products and exceptional customer service!
I had a great experience buying in this store! Mr Michael Crespo is an excellent Customer Service and Sales person! He took his time to search and check what ver really wanted and also gave options for us to consider! I will highly recommend to ask for him at this Store! I had an amazing experience at this store! From the moment I walked in, everything was clean, organized, and welcoming. The customer service was truly outstanding. Yuneisy did an incredible job—she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed, and her positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. This is the kind of excellent service that keeps customers coming back. I highly recommend this store and especially Yuneisy and her manager —great job!
I had to review this place. My experience with them has been very good over the past years. The products are of good quality and they last depending on what brand you buy. But there is always a but whatever you do, do not get the warranty. The sales person will not tell you that if they suspect that the appliance, tv or any other product that carries warranty can be voided just because the technician thinks it is infested. If the technician sees a piece of could be anything that's it the warranty you purchased is voided and you will have to get an outside technician to fix your stuff. I was really happy to purchase a 4 year warranty on my washer but the technician thinks it is infested and the warranty place voided the whole warranty all together. So just keep that in mind. Other than that the place is great, I posted a video with the washer that is bad, the warranty was voided due to the technician thinking it is infested, but when I hired an outside technician he did not notice that infestation. So just be careful and don't get the warranty.
