Brandy was so awesome - when I was starting to stress out about all that was going on with selling the house, she told me not to worry about it - she would take care of it. She did - it was so nice to be able to trust her so I could "not worry about it"! She went the extra mile on all stages of selling my house.
I've known Brandy a little over a year now. She is a true professional in the real estate realm. A very kind and helpful person that genuinely cares about others. 5 stars all the way!! Our house hunting experience with Brandy was such a delight! I actually got in contact with her several years ago by referral, my son had moved to Anchorage to attend APU, he graduated APU and was working in his chosen field for a couple years and saving $$ as he wanted to buy his first home 🏡 and thought he was ready. He wasn't though and Brandy helped him know what he needed to do to be able to buy. A couple years went by and finally he was ready! I had to search my old messages to find her number, I am so thankful I did! Brandy stuck with us tightly, every step of the way as my son house shopped in Anchorage for 6 months! She showed us countless properties, always with patience and a smile 😊. We all worked to think out of the box multiple times in this tougher market until my son finally found the right property. I was only in town over the summer visiting and helping him house search, when I had to leave, I knew I was leaving my son and his future in the best hands with Brandy Pennington! Today, my son signed 📝 his closing docs and Brandy made sure to be there by his side, which meant so much to me since I couldn't be there. They did include me via video call though! I can't say enough, Brandy was spectacular 🙌 from start to finish in this process that took several months of house hunting. I highly recommend her as your next realtor! Her knowledge and experience in real estate are golden and she's an absolute gem! 💎 Thank you for everything Brandy! Now let's find me an Alaska summer home! 🥰
