I have been taking my babies to Bravado since it was in a food truck. They are the only people my dogs will trust and I’ve never had a bad experience. They go out of their way to help my dogs. They are AMAZING. I trust them and that’s major. Thank you, Thank you!!!
The owners and staff are some of the most compassionate, thoughtful, talented, and hard-working folks. They treat my dogs like they are royalty and always give perfect cuts. I cannot say enough praise about Bravado!
Top notch groomers. I took my Maltese dogs here the whole decade I lived in Austin and we've never had a bad experience. They've always taken great care of my pups and do great haircuts. They schedule via text message, and for the past year or so I can usually get an appointment for two dogs within a week or so. Their pricing is very reasonable, a bit lower than all the places I've tried out when one of my dogs rolls in its own feces and Bravado doesn't have any openings on short notice. I particularly love that they don't crate the dogs here; instead they have these little partitioned off mini-rooms with half-height walls, so the dogs are safely out of harm's way but don't feel isolated. And they can stare out the window and bark at passersby :)
While we don’t always have both of them get a trim - they always get their bath and nails. Sophie is 12 (left) and Hunter is soon to be 3. They leave happy and show no anxiety at Bravado. We’re always impressed by how much care and love they’re treated with. I’m also happy they’re dried completely! Never been a fan of picking up my pups half wet. Has never been an issue here . Seriously Love Bravado.
Well how shall I begin? Call ahead and book in advance!! These ladies and gent are not only your doggy's dream date; they're talented to boot. Competent and caring; knowledgeable and intentional, they endeavor to forge relationships that last with their clients. This is my pup's home away from home to be sure, Ducky actually perks up when we approach the locale rather than cower as he has at some of the larger, more impersonal chains. In fact, I suspect Ducky; my Shih Tzu, likes them more than me sometimes! They don't just groom your fluffy friend, they get to know them. The groomers build welcoming familiarity and a repertoire between themselves; your pet and instruments used to lessen the need for forced restraint. They actually get consent (of sorts) from the client on the grooming table by modeling their fur cutting plans and soothing them with massage, love and treats!. Remember our pets can understand a lot of what we say though they can't articulate a response in the same language. These ladies embrace that knowledge and thus attain an elevated status amongst canines city wide! Oh and one last thing! The prices are very reasonable and hypoallergenic or specialty products can be requested! Cheers Bravado! Thank you!
