We stopped by for breakfast today at Breka. We had a great experience with the food and service there. Even though the staff was unable to understand at first that we wanted to fine in, they eventually made our experience pleasant. We ordered a Grilled Cheese sandwich and their bestseller - BACON & CHICKEN PANINI on Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough. Additionally we ordered a Chocolate Mousse cake, a latte and a white chocolate and raspberry mocha. We had an excellent time there. The sandwiches were great and the bakery is always busy providing a rich variety of desserts and beverages.
What a beautiful little bakery. The selection was out of this world. The coffee was delicious. And OMG the apple fritter, chocolate eclair and Copenhagen was fabulous.
Berka is an amazing spot! The food is fresh and flavorful, and the staff are always friendly and quick. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, which makes it a great place to hang out. The only thing is it gets really crowded at times, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. Still, totally worth it — definitely one of the best places around!
Always love getting tea or coffee and having chats here. But the real star of the show is the bienenstich cake. Crispy almonds glazed with sugar on top with bread textured cake and custard and whipped cream in betwee— the perfect afternoon treat. The grilled cheese is also lovely after a night out
Amazing bakery that has been around forever. They offer a big selection. Prices are competitive. Fresh fresh fresh. This is the original location and has an old world charm. Other locations are much more modern.
