Excellent service and great experience. The team was very professional and friendly, and the tyre change was done quickly and efficiently. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was helpful throughout the process. Special thanks to Ryan for his excellent attitude, professionalism, and clear communication. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
I’ve had a few services here now, originally they did an amazing job, however last issue I had, Ryan told me it was booked in, then day after day it kept getting pushed back with no communication from the team at all until I had to chase everything up, I eventually gave up and took my vehicle back. All I asked was to keep in contact with me and update me and yet never received anything. Lost my business, won’t be going back now
An expensive service, told it needed a new timing belt picked my car up and it smelt like petrol in the cabin which got worse, turned out the fuel filter was damaged, an 11 hundred dollar fix. Boy mechanics in the workshop with 1 older man doesn’t inspire confidence at all. Preferred dealing with Tom in the past who has a lovely manner dealing with female customers
Ryan who served me throughout the process with my car did a wonderful job and nothing was too much hassle. He was always very friendly and could explain the process in detail. The mechanics who diagnosed the problem and repaired the car were very helpful, polite and did a great job. Write a Review
Booking the car in was seamless and the customer service rep was professional. I received a video of the underbody of my car during the day and was advised that further works were recommended. This was helpful. However, the quote for changing my brakes was $1700 (im assuming this included changing the rotors). I did not decide to go ahead with this at the time. When i attended the shop to collect my car and pay, i was asked to pay about $100 more than what i was initially quoted. Simply pointed this out and the invoice was amended. However, i question whether this was a simple mistake or an attempt to grease me for a bit more money.
