From start to finish, working with Brie’s Catering team for our wedding reception was beyond exceptional. They didn’t just provide food—they created a full experience that elevated our entire event. Every single detail was thoughtfully executed, from the impeccable service to the seamless coordination. We knew we struck gold right away at the tasting. Meeting Brian and getting to discuss all the little details was such a treat because he is so incredibly passionate about what he does. Our guests are still raving about the meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—every dish was a hit. Whether it was the melt-in-your-mouth entrees, or the creative appetizers, the quality and taste were unmatched. They catered to dietary needs effortlessly, and the variety on the menu had something for everyone. The staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. They moved like a well-oiled machine while somehow still making it feel personal and welcoming. We never once had to worry about a thing. Our experience with Brie was fantastic all around! They catered our wedding which had about 200 guests. Brian helped us navigate the whole process, and his experience and passion made us feel extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional and helped us keep things moving smoothly on the day of the wedding. And of course, the food was delicious! We would highly recommend Brie if you're looking for the best catering option.

We were thrilled to serve an amazing Mahi Mahi, a perfectly cooked filet, delicious vegetarian options, and appetizers that everyone raved about—especially the pot stickers! Brie Cater made our meal unforgettable, and we couldn’t recommend them more.
