⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently rented tables and chairs from Bright Event Rentals in Austin, Texas, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! From start to finish, their communication was excellent, ensuring everything was clear and stress-free. They even provided backups for items that were out of stock, which really showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. The team was incredibly nice and helpful with loading and unloading, especially since I opted for will-call pickup. Everything was so organized and efficient. I’ll definitely be renting from them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of event rentals!

Peerless is so wonderful to work with! We have worked with them for the last couple of years for our Black & White Ball and they go above and beyond for us and make sure we stay within our non-profit budget. Chandler is incredible at what she does and always goes above and beyond for her clients! 10/10 recommend!
Enjoyed the tent, however the installers bent/broke several of our brand new heaters. I believe they moved them to install the tent and pushed them against the wall. When the tent was being taken down the heaters were stacked on top of each other causing them to be bent once again. Twice the company tried to blame the damage on the wind. The installers left our string lights extremely low and my team had to fix this. Also the tear down team did not hang our lights back up and when they came back to fix they broke a light bulb. Customer service was lacking.
