I own a small business in the area (Rise and Grind Fitness) and my building was in much need of a thorough cleaning. I called up Bright Leaf Cleaning and they went out and got me a quote the next day, and scheduled the cleaning for the day after that! Not only were they super easy to work with, but they left the gym sparkling! Couldn’t be more thankful or give a higher recommendation!
I booked Bright Leaf for a deep clean and they showed up the same day — within 2 hours of booking! My apartment looks amazing. I’ve tried another local cleaner before and wasn’t satisfied, but Bright Leaf is on another level. I’m already planning to start monthly or bi-weekly cleanings because the difference is huge. I used to do all the cleaning myself, but with how busy I am, coming home to a cozy, spotless place truly makes my day. I couldn’t be happier!
Be careful with the fake reviews. Terrible services. I noticed that 99% of the reviews have no picture posted. And the reviews start from address the cleaning people. Truth to be told, none of the teams I have had introduced themself to me with their name. They don’t speak English at all!!!!!!! No more than thank you. “They seriously do not speak English. And there manager/owner is extremely difficult to communicate “ The quality of cleaning has significantly declined over time. The first service was probably the best we received. The original mother-daughter team was excellent, but unfortunately, they left the company. Since then, the replacement teams have been consistently disappointing. Most of them speak no English at all, so you need to use a translator app just to give basic instructions. Their cleaning products have a strong, unpleasant odor that may even be harmful to your health. You can smell their dirty mops from across the room. I’ve attached a photo of the mirror after they “cleaned” it—you can judge for yourself. To make matters worse, they left bags of trash right outside our front door, which were scattered everywhere by the next morning. The manager is extremely difficult to communicate with. She insisted on pulling the team away to go to another job, saying they would return in two hours—even though they had just came to clean our home. “ response to the huge ridiculously replay from the owner: 1. You were not even here to see the product I have. You can not say that i didn’t provide cleaning supplies. 2. You people agree to get the product for me. If they have said no, i wouldn’t have asked. I ask them to pick the stuff they needed. Doesn’t mean that I don’t have any cleaning product at home.
Maid did a very good job in cleaning the bathroom in the time frame and staff on the phone were very professional and super friendly and I am extremely grateful for their help and service. Might possibly use them for a monthly cleaning going forward if it is within my budget. Thank you so much and 6 stars if I could give it. We had our home deep cleaned today by Bright Leaf Cleaning and they did an EXCEPTIONAL job! The customer service was outstanding and they helped adjust the arrival time due to a work meeting that came up, which was really thoughtful on short notice. The team was prompt, communicative, friendly and very helpful! They truly went above and beyond - they even cleaned the area behind/under my bed that was SUPER dusty, which I did not expect them to do and was a wonderful surprise! The baseboards look amazing and they tackled the pet hair from my cat and dog. The bathrooms are sparkling. I also appreciated how thorough they were and that they did not rush, yet they worked efficiently. I am so impressed and will definitely be using Bright Leaf again! Thank you to the whole team for taking that workload off my plate!
