The owner of this business has surprisingly poor customer service skills for somebody that does not have a single bad review on Google. What could've been resolved with a simple apology instead has led to me feeling compelled to leave a bad review; which I typically never do. I don't understand why somebody would get so defensive and take no responsibility when I simply reached out to ask if possibly his workers had caused some damage to my property when they had last cleaned the windows. I wasn't even angry at the time. I was just trying to figure out how the damage had occurred. So just be aware if there anre issues with Steven rios and his business Do not expect a high-level of customer service.
I'm very skeptical of door to door solicitation, and have been burned in the past. Decided I'd give Eric a shot after he showed me through the whole process of getting my holiday lights installed. They had the lights up in a very quick and timely manner.(They look great.) These young guys are hustlers! Very responsive and great communication from these guys. Highly recommend.
Like most of us, I’m not thrilled to get an unsolicited knock on my door, so I was quite skeptical at first. However, Eric’s timing was impeccable as our windows and gutters were definitely ready to be cleaned and their offer was a great deal. I took a chance and boy am I glad. The work was beyond thorough and took alllll day… in good way. Husband and I were both impressed and we will definitely use Bright View again!
I messaged the company on a Sunday and the responded within minutes! Eric and Lola came out that day and cleaned my upstairs apartment windows and slider. They were professional and friendly. The windows and screens look absolutely beautiful and they even did the mirrors! I recommend SD Happy Homes! Thank you Eric and Lola!
Eric cleaned me exterior windows and did a phenomenal job. He was quick and professional. Very happy with the result. You can see the before and after. Highly recommend.
