Taylor B. is the BEST!! The whole staff is super friendly, but Taylor has helped us through a ring appt, and she helped us pick out a Christmas gift for my mother. High recommend and always look forward to seeing her when we go in. She is very patient and helpful!
My husband and I had a great experience with Taylor at Brilliant Earth. She was extremely polite and listened to every word I said. She wasn’t pushy which is a huge thing for me and definitely just wanted me to be happy. I don’t love how you have to purchase protection for the jewelry but that is absolutely nothing against Taylor. Thank you Taylor!

I met with Janae over the weekend and she was AMAZING! She took the time to learn my fiancé and I as a couple and help us figure out what styles work for us. She was super knowledgable about the different materials and stones, and she even educated me about my inherited engagement ring and the history she noticed just by looking at it. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to work with her if you’re looking not only to find the ring that looks the best, but one that tells your story as a couple.
