We had an excellent experience with jewelry specialist Bee Galindo at Brilliant Earth. Prior to our engagement ring appointment, Bee very patiently collected information about our diamond and setting preferences and allowed us to see and try on a wide array of diamond shapes and setting styles. This was incredibly helpful, as Brilliant Earth was our first stop on our search for an engagement ring and we weren't quite sure what we wanted. We were highly impressed with Bee's thoughtfulness, kindness, and knowledge . We walked away from our appointment with a clear understanding of what we needed to look for in a ring and the benefits and drawbacks of different metals. We wound up purchasing our ring from a different vendor that had a setting we fell in love with, but I wish we could have purchased our ring from Bee. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Bee if you are considering Brilliant Earth.
My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Abigail at the start of our wedding band search, and she was amazing from the very beginning. She gave us a solid range of options to explore and was refreshingly honest about both the pros and cons of each band, which we truly appreciated. Her transparency, patience, and guidance made the entire process stress-free. I ended up moving forward with purchasing my fiancé’s wedding band from Brilliant Earth, and I’m confident he’s going to love it! If you're starting your wedding band journey, definitely make sure Brilliant Earth is on your list and ask for Abigail if you can!
Brilliant Earth was absolutely amazing. Ruby was the sweetest and so accommodating. We came in the first time without an appointment just to look around and they were able to fit us in. We came back in to look at stones we'd selected that they shipped in and we selected one today!!! We never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything and Ruby was so amazing at selecting settings in my style preference. I felt like a fairytale princess the whole time! Highly recommend if you're looking for rings or giving your SO some background about your preferences so they can pick something gorgeous for you. When we weren't there, Ruby took the time to do research on stones and settings as well and was very responsive. The best part? They kept the price a secret from me (because I don't want to know how much that shiny rock costs. I'll never wear it for fear is losing it if I know the price) All in all an amazing experience!
We had a great experience at Brilliant Earth (Rittenhouse). Our specialist "Becky Rasko" was phenomenal. She answered every question and taught us so much, I feel like an expert. Plus, I think we found our ring. I'd recommend Brilliant Earth to anyone. Ask for Becky. Great experience!!
We are so happy with our rings. We purchased the trifecta (engagement ring, and both wedding bands) from the Brilliant Earth in Philly and couldn't be happier. Special shoutout to Rachel who helped us find our rings. She guided us through the process, showing us various styles, and educated us on the differences between bands, stones, and how they would interplay as a set or work individually. Rachel was amazing. We especially enjoyed how down to earth she was, completely unpretentious and approachable, while being incredibly knowledgeable and passionate.
