This business is top tier. We threw a graduation/24th bday party for our daughter and wanted something that would transform our backyard into a venue. I’ve been renting from Brilliant Lounge for a couple of years now. I once referred them to D’ocasiones and we’ve partnered up with them when it comes to rentals. Don Roberto is very understanding and helpful when it comes to deliveries. Yet, his secretary Daisy holds the fort down! She is phenomenal. Daisy delivers very quick responses, timely quotes, and is great at giving suggestions when one asks her for an opinion. No detail is left behind when placing in an order directly with her, and I appreciate her for that. Overall, this is a great rental company for your party furniture needs. Brilliant Lounge was very reliable when it came to booking rentals last minute. Daisy was the secretary that helped me and she was very friendly and made me feel welcomed into the show room. she made the process very easy! I got the items delivered the next day and the delivery drivers were punctual and polite. I will definitely be renting from them again.
