Bought a dress for my daughter at Macy’s on Saturday (12/20/25). The zipper froze after she tried it on at home and I had to rip the zipper open so she could get out of the dress. I took the dress to British Custom Tailors on Saturday at 2 pm and explained that we bought this dress for my daughter to wear to my father’s funeral on Monday (12/22/25). They replaced the zipper for me and had the dress ready the next day by noon! They did amazing work in a short time for us so we didn’t need to buy a replacement dress. Thank you! I truly appreciate your craftsmanship and professionalism!

Walked in and was greeted right away, which made everything feel comfortable from the start. They were super friendly and actually listened to what I needed instead of rushing me. I was on a tight timeline since I needed my clothes back before a trip in less than two weeks, and they had no problem getting everything done quickly. Everything turned out great and the whole process was easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I can’t recommend this tailor enough. They did an amazing job on a nontraditional garment made of scuba knit material, and the results are always incredible. This is the second time I’ve used their services, and every time they’re super responsive, friendly, easy to communicate with, and I fully trust their judgment with any adjustments I need.

Great experience!! I went to get a dress altered before a wedding. I procrastinated and took my dress to the shop the week of the event! However, they totally got my dress done in time before we left to go out of town for the wedding! The dress looked amazing! I got so many compliments on it! The service was wonderful! And the associates were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The price was also less than what I was quoted!

I got my first tailor made suit a few weeks ago. British Custom Tailors did the most amazing job! There were so many fine details that were a bonus to the already amazing and perfect process of picking out the fabric, the buttons the lining, and the cut to fit my style. They made me feel very special and comfortable and I'm sending everyone I know! Next will be a dress!
