We have had an amazing experience with British Swim School! My child started lessons on February 15, and by March 16, she was already able to float on her back—something she struggled with before. Mr. Andy has been a fantastic and attentive teacher, always providing clear instructions and personalized feedback after each session. One of the biggest milestones for us was overcoming her fear of breathing in the water, and thanks to their patient and structured approach, she is now much more confident. The flexible scheduling has also been a huge plus for our busy routine. Before choosing British Swim School, we tried three other swim schools—Aqua Swim, the local sports complex, and Milpitas Community Center—but this has been the best by far in terms of progress, instruction, and overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a swim program that truly focuses on safety, skill-building, and confidence in the water!
I enrolled my daughter a few months ago. We’ve had Ms. Sunny as our instructor. She has been amazingly patient, encouraging, and playful with the kids. Ms. Sunny always pushes them to meet their potential, and gentle when they need extra support/encouragement. She also provides constructive feedback of every child’s progress to the parents during play time. The school is very committed to helping children learn how to swim in a playful and safe manner. I appreciate that make-ups are offered when necessary and the instructors across the board have been pretty consistent with how they teach and encourage the kids to learn. My daughter has progressed from not wanting to go to class to looking forward to it. She’s grown increasingly confident in fully submerging under water and performing back floats. I’m looking forward to when she can confidently swim on her own.
