It's okay for bowling, needs updated, nicer bathrooms, new bowling balls and a few more balls at each lane, new carpet. Downstairs I would suggest putting a coat hanger rack down low on the back wall with two rows of the small lockers above that and maybe a small one on the west wall as well.
Went here for my kids 3rd birthday party. Great prices. Amazing customer service. Staff was friendly and fast. By far the best hidden gem in the city. Loves this place and would come back here again!
I used to go here for the bowling but I most definitely won’t be back after this last visit. Came in to bowl with my family. We chose early morning /noon as we have a young child with us. It wasn’t busy and it was my son’s first time bowling. We had no problems with how we were bowling till someone who wasn’t even there to bowl and just watching was telling me how my son has to bowl. Then the attendant comes to yell at us in the last 15 mins as my son barely crosses the black line because he’s one and a half. If family bowling isn’t allowed and we get yelled at for stepping over a line a foot in then I won’t be back. Don’t allow family and kids to bowl if stepping on the black line is apparently against the policy. I have never been yelled at for such things at any bowling alley in the years. I highly suggest anyone go else where and don’t give this establishment the money.
I absolutely love this place. Upon entering, they welcomed us and offered us the right shoes to play. My kids were able to play like pros. They even have food service, so we didn't have to wait long to play. They even put our names on the screen so we could share.
