Met Ms Sonya yesterday for an appointment for a brow wax. Not only did she slay my brows, she patiently waited on me to get there when I called to say I was running behind due to Wendover traffic. When I got there she didn't rush and I love how she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Ms Sonya you're such a beautiful person through and through

I had my first Brazilian done by Hayley and unfortunately did not have a good experience. She was the sweetest girl and made me feel comfortable, but this salon uses soft wax for Brazilians and regardless if it is hypoallergenic or not, this wax is so hard on the skin. Not only was this wax extremely painful, Hayley went over several areas multiple times leaving me with the worst irritation for two days after… to the point where I could not place underwear on. Aside from this, there were several area missed and the wax was not properly cleaned off of me at the end of the appointment. After consulting with me dermatologist she recommended I stay away from this salon, and find somewhere that uses hard wax instead. Their niche is absolutely brows here. I recently had my second Brazilian done at a different salon with hard wax, I paid the same price and also had stray hairs tweezed and the pain was almost minimal compared to when I visited the brow lounge. I highly recommend anyone to stay away from a Brazilian service at this salon.
I came in today as a 1st timer to brow tinting. I had Sonya as my service provider. I expressed to her that I was a little scared. But Sonya reassured me that everything would be fine. She even went as far as to give me a preview, then reapplied the final look:)) I was quite impressed with Sonya's pleasant demeanor and especially her expertise. My brows have never looked so good! She gave me instructions for after care and tweaking if needed(none needed). She has definitely gained me as a customer:)))) Please request Sonya. I'm so glad that I did!
I’ve been getting my brows and lashes done for years. I took a chance and tried someone new after my technician moved, and had the absolute best experience. They look better than I’ve ever seen them—full and dark. Almost as if they were micro-bladed. She was clean, gentle and for the first time, the dye didn’t get in my eye and leave it irritated for days. Melissa Petty is the best. Thank you so much for an amazing experience and outcome. I look forward to seeing you again soon.
