Sophia is by far the best sales professional I’ve ever encountered. She constantly follows up, listens carefully to your style and needs, and recommends the perfect Rolex accordingly. The wait time for the watch was surprisingly short compare my expectation. And she even added a thoughtful little surprise when I finally received my dream timepiece.
