My experience was amazing. I called late in the day and they still made a gorgeous arrangement happen so quickly. It looked just like the website! Very, very pleased and will use Buckhead Florist from now on.
Ms. Pat is a godsend. Definition of I love what I do! I came in trying to get flowers the day before my wedding for my bouquet. Even though they didn’t have what I was looking for, Ms Pat called multiple florists to source what I needed. I truly appreciate you!
Where do I even start - I’m a 34 year old sales guy - needless to say I know nothing about flowers. About a year ago I met the girl of dreams and she was interested in me. Turns out, she loves flowers. I've spent my whole life going to publix, kroger.. etc for flowers for the sweet women in my life. A few months later for Valentine’s Day I did what I thought I should do and googled flower delivery and 1800 flowers came up. I thought there would be a great delivery of someone walking into her office saying “special delivery for Erica”. But no it was flowers packed in a box that they left in the mailroom... Safe to say I got sweet accolades for the gesture from my angel and a full refund from.. them. At our one year anniversary, I knew I needed to step it up so I called Mary at Buckhead Flowers and said I want to do my big one. she said what would you like? I of course replied with i have no clue what im doing.. HELP! In the same day she designed the most amazing bouquet for my girlfriend, which included her most favorite flowers, peonies, (had no clue what they were let alone that they were her favorite) among so many other beautiful flowers. Needless to say I did my big one and Erica loved them. Then a couple months later (today) I woke up on the wrong side of bed and was a bit grouchy. I called Mary to help me out. I called her at 4:15 today and asked her to put something together to bring home after work tonight but she told me they closed at 4 and she had to leave to pick up her son at the airport, so I said I totally understood and would pickup something from Kroger or Publix on the way home. She responded with “can you be here in 15 mins?” And I said yes! I got there and there was a gorgeous, happy bouquet for my honey. Mary's only requirement was to give Erica extra kisses tonight in addition to the flowers. Needless to say, I cannot recommend buckhead florist enough!! Boys, if you don't know what to do, call and they will help before you place delivery. And if you can, go see them in the store. They are an incredible team!
Update: They did it again! I called Mary at 4:45 pm and she delivered a beautiful bouquet the same day!! My friend was in tears she was so happy. Twice in the last two weeks I have called from out of state to send flowers to a friend. With little guidance from me they designed two beautiful arrangements. They delivered it within very tight windows and never said “we’ll try”; they just did it. My friend loved the flowers and they lasted a long time. I highly recommend them.
Omg, this is the only florist I’ll ever use again!!! I called Buckhead florist, with a same day request for a coworkers/bday. When I arrived I was not 100% satisfied with the bouquet and was offered an upgrade for a small fee. The staff was very polite and offered me to wait in the lobby while they remade the arrangement. Within 30 min I had the absolute most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever seen!!! In addition to my upgrade they added an additional upgrade (free of charge). I wish I could rate this place 10 stars!!! Thank you thank you thank you to the amazing staff for their willingness to go the extra mile!!!! I can’t tell you how many times I was stopped and complimented walking into the office. The arrangement is breathtaking!!!
