Professional, patient and considerate service. My mom’s legacy artwork is in the best of hands with Barrett. I’m grateful to have a local professional gallery with high caliber scanning & printing, and a personable, kind approach. They also have a beautiful and fun stock of local artwork and prints for sale. This will easily become my go to gift and art shop.

Literally the best printing shop I’ve ever been to. Before going here, I thought of printing options to be limited to UPS, etc. and also very transactional. But here, they add the human aspect to their business. I had a silly last minute request for printing stickers for my dog’s birthday, and not once did they make my request feel unimportant or not worth their time even though they were short-staffed and completely slammed! Not only that, but they came through with the order. The stickers turned out to be good quality and were a hit! Printing shops aren’t designed to make you feel all warm and fuzzy, but this one does. Must be a Buffalo thing.
Words cannot express the impeccable customer service that I got from this local Business. From start to finish, the process took less than 48 hours. I purchased some vintage/Victorian inspired downloadable images from Etsy and needed printing services so they can be framed (I already had frames so I did not utilize their framing services) Everything was discussed via text until time of pickup. But you can call, email, or stop in too (make an appointment). I preferred texting because I work weird hours providing patient care and it would have been very difficult to facilitate this over the phone without interruption. Barrett was amazing and really helpful with the process. He suggested what type of art paper would look best, matte vs gloss, sizing options, border vs no border etc. Pricing was very affordable. For 2 8x10s, 2 5x7s, 4 4x4, with discount was $45. At time of pick up they were in a protective sleeve with cardboard backing so they wouldn’t bend. I used my own ornate framing and they look way more expensive than they actually are. Side note. There’s a coffee/bar place called Cafe 59 seconds away from Big Print. Barrett created a large Marvel Comic book shadowbox/mural for the owner out of his old comic books and cards. It’s so fire! 🔥It’s hanging behind the bar. Check that out too haha. Will def be back and I highly recommend🥹
¡Buffalo Big Print es mi tienda de impresión favorita! Llevé cuatro piezas que llevaba tiempo queriendo enmarcar para ellos y fueron muy útiles al darme consejos sobre si enmarcarlas o en una placa. Tienen una increíble selección de marcos, incluyendo diferentes vetas y colores vibrantes. Me enamoré del marco naranja que recomendaron para la impresión del búho que enmarqué con ellos. El tiempo de entrega fue increíblemente rápido y el respaldo y los tornillos que incluyeron con los marcos hicieron que fuera muy fácil colgar las impresiones tan pronto como llegué a casa. Definitivamente los recomiendo para cualquier cosa de enmarcado/impresión que necesites. También organizan First Fridays, el primer viernes de cada mes, y recomiendo echarles un vistazo, porque albergan a increíbles artistas locales y sus hermosas obras. Actualización: ¡Subo una foto del enorme vinilo decorativo de elefante para la pared que Buffalo Big Print me colocó en una placa! ¡Me encanta! Los colores contra el fondo negro se ven increíbles y se ve genial colgado sobre nuestra escalera.
