The folks at Bug Shockers were very friendly and easy to work with! They worked around our schedule and kept us updated throughout the process. When Tyler showed up he listened to our concerns then explained the process of what needed to be done. He was very polite and professional and quickly got the job done! We had just recently moved into our new house when we discovered we had mice in our garage and pantry. Matt and his team were out the next day with recommendations and treatments for the house for the rodents. During his visit he noticed that there were also spiders and recommended pest control that he was able to do same day. They were so kind and understanding throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this locally owned family business over any big name company any day!
