The Bugman has been taking care of our home, and our rental properties for over 20 years. They go above and beyond, not only helping us deal with insects, mice, wasps, bees, moles but kept me from selling my home by getting the raccoons out of our attic 😃. All their technicians have been courteous, and always available to answer questions and concerns. Johnny takes care of our home. He is like a ray of sunshine (that kills bugs).
Donnie and Bryan did an excellent job debugging our house inside and out. They answered all of my questions and were very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and what they were doing on this visit. I highly recommend their service.
Jessica was really great and was able to get us scheduled quickly. Bryan came out and got our service done. He explained the whole process of treatment and future visit upkeep. Bryan was great as well. Would definitely recommend for your extermination needs.
This is my first experience with hiring a bug company. My ex husband used to do all the maintenance and I was at a loss on what products to use and when. Kendell was great and very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and explained the products. He also gave me tips of spots to repair or change to help prevent bugs and pests from entering my home. Great experience and am glad to be adding Bugman to my home maintenance. Thanks Kendell!
Our first experience and treatment with Bugman was great. Brian addressed all our concerns, answered our many many questions, and left us feeling that we were in very good hands. Update: We’ve been using Bugman for a few months now and have met all (I believe) of the technicians, and they are every one of them wonderful: efficient, thorough, respectful, and excellent communicating any developments in our house and yard. Kendell was here yesterday for our monthly maintenance, and he was top notch! I expect nothing less. Highly recommend!
