I had my car repaired at Bug’s Collision after an accident, and they did an amazing job! The car looks brand new, and the repair work was done with great care and attention to detail. Nathaniel provided excellent customer service. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even when the repairs took longer than expected due to some unfortunate circumstances, they went above and beyond by giving me rental reimbursement. I have a little VW's bumper wasn't attached properly and my mechanic recommended that I visit a body shop, so I called Bugs based on the great reviews they have. They got me in right away, the shop was spotless, and were professional. Nathaniel went above and beyond to make sure I could safely right before a holiday weekend. Definitely recommend!
Brought in my Chevy truck with damage to the driver front corner. They removed panel, I left it with them to get repainted and came back for them in reinstall. Looks like it never happened. Great job, professional and kind staff. Incredible experience, highly recommend.
