They do an awesome job grooming my crazy pup! Always are professional, sweet, and kind. Not only do they work quickly but they’re also knowledgeable and answers mostly all of ny random questions as a new dog owner. Definitely recommend. Pedro does my groomings as I go on Sundays!
I had such a great experience at Bully Zone Pet Supplies, and I have to give a special shout-out to Rebecca for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, Rebecca greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm for helping both me and my pet. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all of my questions even the ones I didn’t think were important!
Brought our 3 year old dog in for Frenchie Friday on 12-26-2025 he was neglected and I left with him dead in a Blanket no one helped us. No one from the clinic which is 3 doors down even offered assistance. Had to go to the back, load him into my car and take him to the crematory. The owners never even reached out to at least offer us an apolog. Heartbroken 💔💔💔💔🙏🙏
I took my 13-year-old Maltese to be groomed, and because he has become aggressive during grooming, the place I used to take him to no longer wanted to work with him. After searching online, I found this amazing grooming salon, and they assured me they could take care of my dog despite his aggressiveness. They did an excellent job, they even trimmed his nails and brushed his teeth. When I picked him up, he was calm and showed no signs of anxiety or mistreatment, unlike a previous experience at another groomer where I only went once. This will definitely be my dog’s grooming spot from now on. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such great care of my dog!
