Best auto shop I’ve ever been to. Fast, priced fair, and knowledgeable. They’ve helped me figure out what’s wrong every time and if they can’t help me for one reason or another, always point me in the right direction I won’t go anywhere else for auto repair if I can help it
Mike and his team always take the best care of my vehicles and I trust that they are always upfront and not just trying to sell a service. I won’t take my cars anywhere else.

Talk about amazing customer service! Mike and Todd specifically were so great. Being a woman walking into an auto repair shop, I’m always hyper aware of the fact that I may need to advocate for myself because I’ve been taken advantage of before - but I’ve never felt more taken care of than at Burlington Auto. I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen!
Has been my mechanic ever since I moved to Kansas City. I won’t go anywhere else. Best and most honest mechanic I’ve ever been to, and unfortunately I’ve been to a lot. Their prices are always reasonable, they’re always very friendly, and always quick with their work once you’re in. Most importantly they’re by far the only mechanic I’ve been to that I fully trust is being honest. I asked them to change my brake pads and rotors because I could hear they were bad - I got a call saying there was some plastic caught up under my car that was the causing the issue and my brakes were fine so he wasn’t going to change them. I already trusted them prior to that for other reasons, but that sealed the deal - I had been fully prepared and open about planning to spend a few hundred for a repair I already thought I needed. Most other mechanics would have taken that money instead of being honest like Burlington. I refer all my friends and family here and am a devoted customer. The only downside to me recommending them is that I might make it harder to get myself in when needed, but these folks deserve all the gold stars!
