O’Shay was our service tech today from Burton. They had installed a toilet a few years ago and we were noticing it getting loud when flushing. A distinctive whistling sound. It was still under warranty and he evaluated the issue and determined it was a bad inlet valve. He acquired the replacement part and had it replaced and fixed within an hour. Very efficient and courteous. Extremely satisfied and really liked O’Shay. He is a very personable man and explained everything to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.
The Shawn and Austin from Burton were extremely helpful. They managed to fix the plumbing issue, and went above and beyond to inform us of the drainage system condition without hurrying the work at the end of the day. They put a camera down the main pipes under the front yard with no additional charge. The team are super friendly, from calling the office to book to the thecnicians who came out. We found Burtons reasonably priced and would use again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend them. Thank you.
Steve was very professional, competent, helpful, and pleasant. I enjoyed watching his work and learning about the steps being taken to restore my water service. He clearly explained all the options available to me before starting the job.
Called early this morning and was told they could get someone out tomorrow. An hour later dispatch called to let me know they had a tech on the way. My laundry room floor drain was backing up and we were essentially not able to use water so this was very appreciated. On top of that Sean Ross was outstanding! Very friendly and thoroughly communicated every step of the way. Thank you so much!
Very quick response, Mike Svac was very timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Had a new water heater installed and running in 45 minutes. Also shared general information on keeping faucets clean from calcium due to the hard water in the area. Great experience, 100% recommend. Burton has always been there for us!
