Originally was very pleased when I first brought my vehicle in as they were able to get me in fast and communication was good. The man at the front desk has excellent customer service and was great to chat with but a few things haven't sat right with me on follow up visits. 1) i was charged a fee to diagnose an issue i have with my tailgate. I was then given a quote to repair and agreed to it but they wanted to do some research and get back to me to make sure they could complete the job. I never did hear back about this despite expressing id be interested in having them do the work as soon as they could confirm and get me in. If the work could not be done thats fine but I would have liked to know before paying a diagnosis fee. 2) i had an 02 sensor replaced. It was faulty and after a week stopped working. I brought my vehicle back two days in a row for them to figure out the problem because they were confident it was not a faulty sensor and that there was an issue with the vehicle. Day 1 they ran the code and needed it for more time to diagnose. I paid for an oil change to be done since I was there. They wanted it for a full day so I came back the next day and they charged me 173.25 for diagnostics to figure out what was going on but still needed more time. I came back a 3rd day a few days later where they ended up replacing the sensor which was under warranty at no charge. Im just a bit confused why it took 3 days and 175 dollars on top of what I paid plus the cost of me to uber back and forth 3 days in a row. 3) During my original visit I had paid to have my brakes done, my 02 sensor changed and the tailgate assessed. A few weeks after this i stopped into a local tire shop because there was a horrible noise coming from the front left and they said that my tires had been hand tightened at the last service i had (which was my front brakes) and was not far at all from completely falling off. Thankfully I only paid $30 for them to find the problem and address it but I drive around with a toddler all day. Pretty frustrating to have these problems arising after leaving the shop. Like I said the staff was great, extremely friendly, but just a few issues ive been frustrated with and decided to put my experience out there.

I have been using Busy Bee for my oil changes on my car and have to say I have been very happy with the customer service. I brought my dad’s car in this week to have an oil change and do a tune up on his car. They are reasonable in priced and the customer service is outstanding. Particularly Usman, he is such a pleasant person to deal with! I would highly recommend Busy Bee for all you car repairs! I am an extremely satisfied customer and would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to this business.

I called in the day before to look for an oil change and I was surprised by how affordable it was at Busy Bee Auto repair. Not only that when I came in for the appointment I had more questions about low tire pressure and washer fluids and the receptionist was kind enough to explain all the details of additional tests that were being conducted for the vehicle. The oil change was done in an hour, and I was so relieved to have them check all the conditions for car function. I would recommend this place and will come back again for oil change.

Osman was the person that I made the appointment with and met when I arrived at the establishment. He was professional, very polite, a pleasure to deal with.
