Had a toilet stop working this morning, and although they were fully booked for the day, they managed to squeeze my job in - this was much appreciated by me. Mason arrived on time, assessed the issue quickly, left to get necessary parts and fixed within minutes of returning. Great service, I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
Thank you to Mason and Natalie who were both very friendly, articulate and worked well as a team. Working under the house was very awkward and involved some difficult decisions but they kept me up to date every step of the way and they satisfactorily installed a new drainage trap. Unfortunately they then discovered the drainage pipe was blocked. Thank you Mason for organizing the follow up repair in time for Christmas. Godfrey
I rang Butler Plumbing for an urgent tap repair on a Friday afternoon at 2:30pm when everyone else was closed for Christmas brake up parties. Jon attended within the hour and was able to source parts and fix the problem by 4:30pm. Jon was professional, courteous and provided a permanent repair not a bandaid solution.
Super efficient, friendly and highly competent service. Eilish was able to book a plumber for when I needed it. Mason arrived on time with apprentice Natalie, and they swiftly resolved all our plumbing issues. I highly recommend.
