My ssd nvme was failing so I called CA Computer Tech for their outstanding reviews. They live up to them. Made the process of diagnosing and fixing the issue painless. Was a bit complicated as my drive had a defect from factory, but Charles and Jessie got it done and had clear communication throughout. Pc is running better than ever. Highly recommend CA computer tech.

I unfortunately clicked a link from a trusted source and it downloaded a program that allowed the hacker to gain unauthorized access to my laptop. This was a program so Defender didn't recognize it as malware. Fortunately I was at my laptop when the hacker tried to gain access so I shut down and called CA Computer Tech. He had me deliver my laptop to his house and I had it back in less than 24 hours for less than a Virus Program that would not have done me any good. CA Tech checked the whole system and removed the hacker programs, cleaned it up. I will definitely be using them in the future if I stupidly click before thinking

First off, when I called Charles, he answered his phone asap. We set an appointment to come to the house for the first initial visit. He will work remotely once he has checked out your computer. Charles is very much a gentleman and I felt very comfortable with him in my home working on my computer. He has been working in the Port St. Lucie area for 15 years. I liked that he explained everything he was doing in terms I could make sense of. He fee was very reasonable. I will be using him as my personal tech guy from here on out.
