When the temperature dropped in Philadelphia and my home started feeling chilly, I called Cabrera & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning for help with my AC and heating system. Cesar came out to check my unit and quickly found an issue with the heat strips in my heat pump. This was my first time living in a house with a heat pump, and he took the time to explain how everything worked, including how the heat strips help keep things warm during colder days. I was really happy with how fast they responded and how clearly everything was explained to me. The repair was done quickly, and now my home is comfortable again. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs AC repair or service.

My appointment window was between 12 and 4, and Austin arrived early, before 2. He checked my HVAC system and confirmed it was working properly. Austin was very friendly and explained that the airflow was being blocked because I had too many items in front of some of my vents. He kindly walked through the house and helped move things so the air could circulate better. Austin also recommended getting the vents cleaned to improve the system’s efficiency.
