I’ve been using CABS For years. The heat recently went out in my house. Sukhi was able to get a technician out within a couple of hours. Sean was amazing, very professional, explaining everything along the way. The repairs were completed quickly and at a fair price.

CABS team just came in and added insulation to our attic to bring it up to R44, replaced the old HVAC vents and added a new quiet whole house fan. They did the entire job in one day. We immediately noticed our heater not having to run as much as well as certain spots in the back of the house that was always freezing were now holding a much more consistent temp. I hope to see some significant savings on our utility bills. The entire team was friendly and professional from the first call to the guys coming to do the work. They left the house in great shape and didn't leave a mess which is important to us. Would recommend them.

I had my heater go out this morning so I called CABS HVAC and spoke with Sukhi. She was very pleasant and professional. She said that she would try to get me in today or tomorrow morning at the latest. They called back and said that they were able to come out today and I would be dealing with Sean. Sean called and said he had finished a job early and could he come ahead of schedule. I said yes please. Sean came out, got on the roof, diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. I’ve been brand loyal to CABS since they fixed my AC unit a few years back. Dealing with some of the other knuckleheads that came out before them really showed how much better service CABS runs. Recently had a tech, Sean, come to repair our furnace. The guy was great. He showed me everything that was happening with unit, broke it down so I could understand. Taught me a lot about gas and how debris can form in it. He also emphasized an annual tune up - which is something I will be doing to prevent the very thing that cause my unit to fail. That guy is great. Also shout out to Suki and Jordy at CABS reception. They’re both fantastic and make scheduling a pleasure. All around great West Sacramento company. Proud they’re in my town.
