As to follow up as the husband who ordered the flowers mentioned by Nikki's review. They were also trying to pull a fast one with the product as well. I ordered the sweetheart bliss, a beautiful $75 arrangement. The photo that was sent as the delivery photo was something so ugly with 0 flowers it was laughable. Again, for some strange reason, the driver snapped that photo and took the product probably knowing fully it was the wrong item just to "complete" a delivery on their end. This was ment to cheer up my wife but it only made things much worse. Do not recommend! Unreliable and misleading.
Response to owner: you mean lie about what happened. The driver stole the flowers.. i have cameras. But thanks for keeping the gaslighting going. Never received the flowers! Terrible experience. The flowers were delivered to the wrong place TWICE and then when I called them back just to check in on the progress of them being delivered to the right place, Sarah decided to be very short and condescending with me like some how I was annoying HER. Then they call back again 10 minutes later and try to gaslight me that they were there the second time even though im looking out my front door with our own eyes and nothing was there. So no the driver had gone to the wrong place AGAIN and then fixed it the 3rd try and tried to gaslight me like I wasnt seeing what I was seeing. They ended up having to give a refund because I still never got the flowers. Would not use again or recommend!!
Ordered flowers to send from afar for a family member in a Gilbert hospital on Christmas Eve. The shop was prompt and attentive, called the hospital to confirm she could receive flowers and had them delivered within a few hours. The “Tidings of Joy” arrangement was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Our aunt loved them and brightened up an otherwise frustrating time. If flowers are needed, will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!
The bouquet delivered to my sister was even more beautiful than expected. It can be hit or miss when ordering flowers from a picture online, but the quality of the arrangement was fantastic. They take great care and pride in their work.
My fiance has been coming here for 3 years to get me flowers, and I swear every time he brings them home I beam and tear up. The arrangements are so beautiful and colorful with all kinds of flowers I’ve never seen before!! He helps them pick what he wants and makes themes depending on what colors he thinks I’d like, and what’s in season. The flowers bloom in the vase too! I love arranging them and caring for them at home, and when I look at them I see how much he loves me as a physical proof. They last me 2-3 weeks when cared for properly! Cactus flowers have been so amazing to him and us over the years and I’m so grateful for their kindness and help! Thanks for bringing us joy!!!
