Hands down one of the best car service experiences I’ve had. The team was professional, but Jeremiah stood out . He explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me. He took his time with making sure all my questions were answered. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Slow slow slow slow slow. Still waiting to get our car back, so I’ll raise the stars if the work is done well, but if we knew how long the work would take and how much money we’d have to waste on rental cars, we wouldn’t have gotten the work done. I can’t imagine it will have been worth it. They projected a long timeline, but they’ve passed the date they said they could 100% guarantee. I do expect the work to be good because I believe they are slow to being busy.
First time using Caliber Collision. They were very communicative about the status of my repairs, made picking up and dropping off the rental very easy, and took care of communicating everything to the insurance. Jeremiah was great to work with!
Terrible customer service and slow work done. The car was estimated to be fixed in a few weeks and it’s been over two months. They’ve texted us back and forth, telling us it’ll be done in a few days or a week and it keeps getting extended. We’ve even had to switch rental cars in the meantime. Today, they told us the car was done. We went in to get it. It wasn’t finished and they were ready for us to pay and be out the door. They hadn’t put on a side bumper. At this point, not sure we’ll have the car anytime soon and we have a newborn to take care of. We’re tired of going back and forth with these guys.
I HIGHLY recommend this place!!! My car was hit at an intersection & I decided to come to this Caliber. BEST DECISION! They truly care about their customers. Brittany waited after hours for me to pick up my vehicle. Jeremiah answered all questions I had about my vehicle & ensured to update me daily. I would give them a 10/10 if I could!! Not to mention the work done on my vehicle was AMAZING!! It doesn’t even look like I was in an accident. Bring your vehicle here, you will NOT regret it!!!!!!
