Brought my car in with a large dent and a broken door. Lou and Mac were honest, kind, hardworking, and gave a fair estimate. They got the door functioning again and removed most of the dent. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them to anybody!

I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision on York Street! From my initial phone call about the issue I was having with my car, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly committed to quality service. I worked directly with the manager, Lou who kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I was paying for my repair out of pocket and he offered ways to keep the cost low which I greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a shop that truly cares about its customers and is conscious of the impact they have on the neighborhood, I highly recommend Caliber Collision on York Street. They definitely earned all five stars
