Brought my Lexus in for repair after a Deer jumped in front of my car. Julie at the front desk was amazing handling everything with my insurance and great communication. Janice my Service adviser was also amazing with constant updates on the vehicle's progress and took care of minor imperfections i had noticed while we did the final walk through. I highly recommend this auto body shop.
Had to take my car here twice .They glued my bumper on didn’t paint my side panel that obviously had scratches on it from the crash kept trying to gas light me about me glueing my own bumper on mind you if I did glue my own bumper which is dumb if I took it here and got it “fixed “ why would they put glue again that logic just doesn’t even make sense bumper was also misaligned once again tried to gas light me saying the cars come like that factory which I drive a Lexus everyone knows there marketing is literally that every door hinge and crack on the car are aligned evenly long story short they did a terrible job both times lied about me glueing my own bumper and stuck to that story no matter what I drive a 2020 Lexus is300 why in my right mind would I glue a bumper on they can’t take accountability for the horrible job they do here wouldn’t even bother taking your car here I see why they lost Lexus on dalemabry as a client this is a perfect example just over all terrible job have nothing good to say about them except for the paint job
So I run a company here and my work truck got hit. Progressive selected here for the repairs. I have had many vehicles repaired over the years but I will be using here from now on. Phenomenal work and fast. Janice was amazing all the staff was great. Paint match was perfect and looks better than before the accident, thanks everyone who worked on it.

Wow! This place seriously impresses on all levels! I was skeptical at first because this was my first claim in my entire life, and I really wanted my car to be taken care of properly. I didn't know where to go because the dealership couldn't do the body work. I booked an online appointment to drop it off first thing in the morning and was greeted with Janice, who was my point of contact throughout the entire process. She was WONDERFUL. Very pleasant, keep me informed of each step of the process, worked with my insurance company to provide them the supplemental forms, and most importantly, reassured me that they were Lexus Certified and would take amazing care of my car, which included matching my Atomic Silver paint color. I was so worried it would come out mismatched, but she told me plenty of times that they would take great care of me, and they sure did. It took about a week to get it back, even with a day delay because of a part that wasn't their fault, but overall, I could not have been happier that I chose this location. My car came back like nothing even happened to the front bumper or side fender. It's completely brand new, like I never even hit a cone. Thank you to Janice for her premier customer service. I would highly recommend this place for your collision needs! 10 stars!
