This summer someone did a hit-and-run on our truck. we needed a new bumper and the folks at Caliber were great. Responsive, caring, and timely; they guided us through the process with insurance, the initial estimate, and did a great job with repairs. They provided updates when each phase of the process was complete and even tried several new bumpers on the vehicle to make sure they got one that matched juuuuust right. Our vehicle looks better than before the hit-and-run!
While they were unable to repair my vehicle (vehicle deemed Total Loss by Insurance). Caliber Collision (Saw Mill Run) was awesome in their communication between all parties (the insurance company and I) throughout the entire process. I TRULY APPRECIATE their attention to detail in the estimate which seemed the vehicle a Total Loss and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs. Thank You!
They took such great care of my VW Tiguan after an unfortunate hit and run accident! Picked car up in absolute pristine condition and like the hit and run never occurred. I further had them align some lettering on the tailgate which was crooked and did an absolutely wonderful job with this ask too. And on top of this, the car was returned to me thoroughly cleaned as if both the interior and exterior had been detailed. I greatly thank Caliber Sawmill for the excellent work on my VW and would highly recommend to any requiring body work!
They fixed my Tacoma that had extensive rear end damage. Paint job was excellent and I grew up in paint/mechanic shops so I'm picky. They did a stellar job. Definitely recommend.
I said I would update my review based on the work and they did a great job restoring my car and communicating with me through the process after our initial conversation. They got to it much faster than initially expected too, which is great.
