Love Camp Bow Wow! Whenever we are visiting Fort Worth we bring our pup here. This time around we had to board our pup last minute. When I called to ask if they had room they were so kind and professional and they had room for him. He’s an older pup and they were gentle with him and let him take breaks throughout the day. We will be back on our next trip to Fort Worth.

We boarded our five-month-old GSD, Coach, at Camp Bow Wow (west) for a week while on vacation. They put him with the large breeds because he's already much bigger than puppy-sized, which was great for socialization. The people were kind, the process was easy, and they communicate promptly via text, which is this millennial's dream. Also dreamy was the CCTV availability so we could check on Coach whenever we missed him, and that they send adorable pictures of one-on-one playtime (which we added for an additional charge). We think the level of care is worth the price, and we'll board Coach there again.

We were staying with my parents over the holidays and wanted somewhere our dog could get to relax for a couple of days with so many people in the house. He was having so much fun when they went to bring him from his room out to us, he tried to go to the playroom! He was having too much fun! Was so nice to check in on him on the cameras! They were wonderful!

Great facility and friendly staff. I've brought my high-energy, overly-attached husky/shepherd mix a couple times for day camp and a 4-night boarding stay (camp is included!) and I was very worried about how he'd behave. Not only had he never been to day camp or boarding in his 8 years, but he's also working through his litter-mate syndrome after being separated from his sister. I picked him up from boarding two days ago and I can already tell that being in day camp has had a very positive effect on his behavior. He is now playing more gently and politely with my oldest dog (15) who is half his size; something he never quite figured out how to do before going to camp. I'm very happy with their services and it's very nice that I have one less thing to worry about when making travel plans. I only have two notes; 1. I was hoping to receive a little bit more detail about his behavior in camp (I often forget to check the cameras), if he played with anyone or just slept, it would help me with his training and exercise while at home. 2. He got a bath in the morning and he was still damp when I picked him up late in the afternoon. When I brought him home, I blew out his coat with my velocity dryer and tons of fur came off of him. This isn't too much of an issue because I have a velocity dryer at home and I should have asked for more details regarding their baths (they're not a grooming salon, so I can't blame them), but I would have picked him up sooner or paid more for a full blow out and brush so he wouldn't have a thick damp coat for hours. But he is clean and that is a huge weight off my shoulders. Overall, wonderful place and I'm very happy that I can trust them with my dog's care.

Both our dogs attend here and the staff immediately know who they are as soon as they enter. The owner is often on site and very engaging as well. This place is CLEAN and doesn’t smell like a dank dog kennel. The staff is friendly too. We have done both daycare and overnight boarding with no concerns! And the best part is when we pull up to spot, both are dogs are excited to go play!
