I chose to bring Penelope to CBW when we moved to Henderson based off the reviews and they didn’t lie. She loves coming to camp so much. Between the employees, other dogs, and activities she has a blast and comes home exhausted, but ready to go back as soon as I mention seeing her friends. 10/10 recommend.

I love this place and so does my pup! I never have to worry if my pet is being well taken care of or not. I know that she is getting the training, socialization, and playtime she deserves. The staff is incredible. The communication is top notch, they’re always very friendly, and you can tell they love your pup as much as you do. I tend to be on the anxious side, however the staff always answers my questions with patience and kindness. Take your pups here, you won’t regret it!

I have placed my pup here several times based off a referral from a friend. And up until today things were okay. The lady at the desk this morning was not pleasant at all. She had me standing and waiting for 10 minutes while she went to the back. Upon her return she didn't seem thrilled I was there. However I wanted to board just for the day. At my pup's previous visit they told me he needed a flu shot before returning again. Okay, no problem. I take my pup to get its flu shot and presented the paper work today at drop off. However, today I attempted to take him and was told oh your pup needs to be neutered. My pup is just 7months and the Vet doesn't recommend neutering before 1yr. No one advised me of this prior to this visit. She rudely tells me im sure its in yiur paper work. No, it was not in my paperwork and as a matter of fact i didnt see it on your website. They made sure I knew he needed a flu vaccine. Even sent me a text message about it, but no mention of neutering before the they turn 7 months. That is something people need to know. Prior to these visit, I was never one to board my dogs so this is all relatively new. I was in turn late for work, late dropping off my kid because now i had to take him back home. I tried calling proor to bringing him, but no one answers thenphine before 8am wven though theyre open. What poor customer service from this woman. Do better.

The Henderson camp bow wow is such a great place for your 4 legged children. We have been bringing our pup here for 2 years now and she loves coming here. She gets to do sniff and find games, do obstacle courses, gets a treat before bed and she gets to play with all the dogs her size and the staff. The staff is super friendly and helps remind you when vaccines are about to expire. I highly recommend everyone to try this place out.

My dog, Annie, and I love Camp Bow Wow with all of our being!! She has a quirky personality that can sometimes can be annoying to others, but all of the counselors love on her every time she is there! She gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot, and whenever I look on the camera she is happy! I would not even consider taking her somewhere else, and would highly recommend that others give them a try!
