Camp Bow Wow i the best of the best. So easy to coordinate drop off, our lucy is so excited to go in every-time. We do day care regularly, we have boarded and she did amazing & they give a great bath. We feel at ease leaving her and know she will get the best care

Josie enjoyed going to camp!! One feature that I would like to see added at Camp Bow Wow is adding a short, honest feedback about my dog and her overnight stay at camp. It may only be 1 or 2 sentences but more than "she did good" or "she played good with dogs". Thank you.

The owner of this business is incredibly unprofessional. Instead of handling a simple concern, the owner chose to argue with me as a customer and completely dismiss what was being said. They blindly sided with their employee, acting as if the employee was incapable of ever being wrong just because they’d worked with her for years. The owner clearly didn’t care about resolving the issue and was more focused on rushing to the next family needs, instead of acknowledging and accommodating me for their employee actions. This behavior is unacceptable, and because of the owner’s attitude and lack of professionalism, I would never bring my dog here again — and I strongly recommend that no one else does either! And to the owners reply, Let’s be honest — that response is complete nonsense and you know it. At the time I made the reservation, YOUR employee Shane called me to tell me about the 3-day minimum. So explain to me how she “didn’t know what she was doing” when I called back to adjust the dates? She’s been working for you for years, right? If she knows the policy as well as you claim, then why did she change it at all? You can’t say she didn’t mess up while also admitting she changed something she wasn’t supposed to. This is just you refusing to take accountability for your employee’s mistake. And let’s make something VERY clear: I never had an issue paying for three days. My issue was that you couldn’t accommodate ME after YOUR employee caused the problem. You were more focused on accommodating the next family — and trying to be money hungry on both ends — putting my dog in the standard room while giving my reserved luxury room to someone else. Why would I downgrade my dog to a standard room I didn’t want, just so you could collect money from me AND the next family? That makes zero sense. Then you tried to “compensate” me with a bath and nail trim as if that somehow replaced the room I booked MONTHS ago in August. Please be serious. And don’t get online lying like I had an issue with the 3-day minimum. I didn’t. The issue was YOUR refusal to fix YOUR staff member’s mistake, while defending her because she’s “been with you a long time.” If she knows the policy so well, she shouldn’t have changed it in the first place. You weren’t even present to hear the conversation, yet you’re acting like you know what happened. This company is unprofessional, lacks accountability, and I absolutely would not recommend anyone bring their dog here.

Our sweet Bailey loved her time here! We did a trial day of daycare which she really enjoyed, prior to leaving her overnight for a long weekend. Upon arriving you could tell she was exciting to be there even if she was nervous about leaving us. The staff were really kind and understanding; thanks for helping us feel good about where we were leaving our dog; it's a huge relief.

Our dog Stanley had a wonderful time at Camp Bow Wow Plano! The staff was friendly and attentive, and we loved that they have cameras so we could watch him play throughout the day. They were also able to take our reservation at the last minute over a holiday weekend, which was such a lifesaver. Stanley came home happy, tired, and completely pooped from all the fun. We’ll definitely be bringing him back!
