This is a beer nerd's paradise. When I visit a new town, I want to find gems like this. There was a Sour tap takeover and I'm now a convert - who knew my best ever sour experience would be in Edmonton AB? They curated 3 flights of sours, and I had 2 of them. The food was great. We had a Caesar salad and the smoke show pizza. The Caesar salad looks normal but the flavours are balanced perfectly (garlic, lemon) and the lettuce was crisp. The bits of bacon and cheese crisp were nice for the texture. The Detroit style pizza was delicious. If you want crispy cheesy edges, they have crispy cheesy edges. The service was great, the music was not too loud, it was easy to see the Raiders vs Broncos game with the bazillion TVs. Good vibes all around. If I lived in Edmonton I think this would be my go to place.
Went for lunch on Labour Day. They had the brunch menu until 1 o’clock. Usual brunch things and then also the pizza was available. The pizza was delicious. The deep dish with like fried cheese around the edges so good. We had the OG.. Some of the best sauce I’ve ever had. Also had a flight of beers. It was really good. The Stout was unexpectedly lighter than normal and a bit of coffee taste. After 1 o’clock, I got the premier logger and some hot wings. The hot wings were good With almost no breading, which I like. However, the sauce was unusual. Honestly, I wish places would just stick with Buffalo hot but so much better than something that taste like curry. Overall, it was good, but won’t be ordering the hot wings again
We were staying at the JW for an event and decided to stop in at Campio Brewing — what a great choice! The large patio was perfect for relaxing, and the menu was both creative and impressive. Service was friendly and attentive, and our food came out quickly, which made it easy to get to our event on time. Prices were very reasonable for the quality, making it an excellent value. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Edmonton.
Easily one of the best spots I have tried to date, the patio in the summer was a super great vibe. They had music playing and the customer service was phenomenal the moment we walked in. We put a reservation in advance for two - they were originally going to sit us inside, but at the last second we decided we would want to sit outside. They made it happen and it did not disappoint. The Nachos!! I would without a doubt have to say these were the best nachos I have ever had to date. Chips, cheese and the pulled pork was 10/10 - from the first bite, the picked onion (usually not a fan) made this appetizer into our entree. Our server said this usually feeds 3 or 4 people and my date and I finished this together. We did have room for the cookie and another beer. Our server was super helpful and took very good care of us throughout the evening. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot for a date, or nice pub night out.
I had a fantastic meal at Campio. Pizza was delicious and not pictured is their pickle chips that are thinly sliced and deep fried and also very tasty. I sat outside where they have a large patio with plenty of seating. Their pizzas are Detroit style and the crust is amazing. I will certainly be back.
