I am eternally grateful for Janet and the Campus Insurance team for their time and assistance. As a newbie in the business world, everything is daunting and having people who truly care and assist you in keeping your business alive and well is such a blessing. Janet worked with me to understand the different options available to me and explaining what option was best for my type of business. I own a refill + low waste shop, so finding an insurance policy that would cover my business was not easy. I highly recommend Campus Insurance Service for your insurance needs.
Campus Insurance was great to me the entire time I was with Mercury Insurance. They always quickly answered the phone and got forms to me. They made it easy when I updated my legal name and gender. If I go back to Mercury, I will definitely be glad to be with Campus again.
Insurance is a customer service business and this place is an epic fail in that regard. The sense you get when you talk to an agent is that you’re an inconvenience. They don’t listen to you , so they answer questions that have nothing to do with what you’re asking; then they imply that your question was the issue. We moved most of our policies to a different broker years ago, but kept one here for our convenience…we can no longer accept low-end mediocrity for convenience. Take your business elsewhere.
Rudy did a super job helping us get our homeowner’s insurance in place for a 15 day close. Over the years, Campus Insurance Service has kept up with technology and maintained friendly and knowledgeable staff.
If it wasn't for speaking with the owner to fix a situation, I'd leave no review, just 1 star. My feedback to him was to teach his employee better customer service skills. We moved, and 3 days after move, my wife inquired about address change as we moved and would be getting new insurance. Without confirmation, the account was closed by the employee. There should be a 30 day grace period as we all know. My feedback about customer service is more about how the employee spoke to my wife and me about it being canceled. Sure they are good company but this experience was bad
