I've had Canada Plumbing two different houses, both Jamie and Corey. 100% happy each time. Corey just came for a smaller repair: great communication, on time, clean, professional dressed, professional demeanor, fast and right to work, no sound/ issues at all, price was exactly as quoted and expected for this job. Painless repair and service. Was a few hurdles for him to overcome but Corey found solutions. Highly recommend.
Thank you Jamie! Thank you for being the first plumber to answer the phone when I had a plumbing emergency at home. Thank you for coming even though you already had a full schedule, plus long working days and still spent hours with us fix our issues and to explain everything that was wrong and what our options were. You even took the time to fix a broken sink connection while you were here, which had nothing to do with our emergency call. Your services really were above and beyond and incredibly appreciated.
EXCELLENT SERVICE! In May 2023, I called on a Sunday after water came through a main floor light fixture. I spoke to Jamie right away who took time to answer my questions. Corey arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and was prepared with quick access to everything he needed. After diagnosing the issue, he made quick work of exploring minimally invasive options. He opened up a wall in a way that would make it easy to repair and replaced the leaking copper supply lines and valve for our acrylic shower stall. He tested the work carefully before cleaning up. Corey even vacuumed inside the wall! There was superb communication throughout the process and very reasonable pricing. Jamie and Corey are everything you're looking for in a worry-free plumbing service!
I called this company on Sept.16,2022. Jamie was responsive that he came afternoon and completed the work on the same day I called. professional & expert in his job, polite very flexible & cooperative. He was well equipped with tools and did a clean job flawlessly. He planned and executed his task:(troubleshoot kitchen clogged pipe, removed the old drain and installed new double sink drains) and left the area spotless.I am happy with Canada Plumbing and I recommend it for future customers.
Jamie was great! The service was fast, courteous and very professional. We were extremely happy with the results of having our drains unclogged. Jamie also provided a nice walk through of our plumbing to point out potential issues we may want to fix in the future. 100% would recommend.
