I had such a great experience shopping here. The store has an amazing range of Canadian and BC/Vancouver souvenirs, and the prices are really reasonable. Chris provided exceptional customer service throughout my order. He was incredibly responsive, helpful and made sure I got everything I needed even during a very busy period for the shop. It’s rare to come across this level of care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience with Canadian Crafts on my order. I placed the order from out of Canada to be delivered to Surrey on the next day. They did a great job by adding our birthday note to the recepient of the gift on a hand written card on behalf of us and arranged the package for delivery within couple of hours. Easily contactable via email during working hours. The prices are also very reasonable. Thank you Canadian Crafts and Chris for your prompt service and we are truly satisfied. All the best.
I ordered 4 mugs, Canadian style, from the store in Vancouver for my son’s birthday. I spoke to Chris about shipping them out to me, which would save me a trip into the city from the Fraser Valley. Chris was super helpful and he packed the mugs up really well with paper, bubble wrap and foam pellets, just to make sure that the mugs arrived safely and without any breakage. The package arrived the following day and I was delighted. I was very impressed with the selection of products this store sold and I couldn’t be happier with the service that they provided. Big thanks to Canadian Crafts.
I don’t understand all the hype about this place. I visited yesterday and found three employees at the counter chatting, completely uninterested in the customers. Most of the hoodies and blouses were made of polyester and felt very low quality. The rest of the products were pretty mediocre, with a particularly limited selection of T-shirts. As for this quality the prices were rather high! Do not recommend. Get more high-quality products and talk to your employees to be more customer-oriented.
Been to a ton of souvenir places around the world and this one stood out, even for a local. Very good and unique items at reasonable prices, local jade jewelry with some history 💚, beautiful postcards, lovely coffee mugs. Good deals and clearance sale rates too! Service from all three store clerks was excellent as well 👍 I also loved the Canadian themed tees will be back to get a couple of em 😋
