I heard good things about this place so I decided to give it a try but it must be all fake reviews. Romel was not friendly and helpful in trying to achieve my goals. I would save the money and get personal training else where
He is an amazing trainer ! I had knees problems and they are non existence now. He takes his time to learn your strengths and weaknesses. Gym is clean and cozy!
Romel is a regular, hardworking guy. I've been training with him for a few months now and I am seeing and feeling the progress. The space is great, the location is ideal, and the hours are expansive: Romel is in that gym _all the time_. Romel has clients in all kinds of situations and he can tailor the workout for you. He can meet you wherever you are, and push you up to the next level.
Romel is the absolute best! So much fun to work with, and his personality is fantastic. I’ve been training with him for the past 8 months, and the difference has been incredible. He’s incredibly attentive, always focused on my form, which has helped me reach my goal of reducing body pain. Before training with him at Canadian Park, I was dealing with constant neck and back pain, but thanks to Romel’s attention to detail, I’m feeling so much better. His approach to rehabilitation and strength training is spot-on. What I really love is how he reflects on our sessions and comes back with fresh ideas to help me progress even more. If you’re in the Back Bay area and looking for a great place to train, I can’t recommend Romel enough. 10/10 – highly recommended!
Romel has a very versatile training approach. I felt extremely comfortable with him, and he’s very knowledgeable about the work outs he prepares. I love the fact the the gym is walking distance from my job, and during the summer I typically walk or jog to the gym. Canadian Park Personal Training is a great small gym, and I especially enjoy the close community Romel has built with all of his clients. As he says, we are all leaf’s 🇨🇦
