Highest recommendation, KC really cares about dogs and works hard to understand what's going on with each one. I had an issue with my XL Bully when he hit his juvenile stage (1.5 yr) and started playing too rough with other dogs. After one incident got out of hand, I called several trainers and everyone told me "board and train" was the only option-- which would mean weeks away from home and at steep cost. KC was the only one who made the effort to get to know my dog and make a training plan that was also training for me as the pack leader. That was what me and my dog really needed to establish a stronger line of communication and trust. The individualized training made a huge difference, and as we've rebuilt confidence, we have moved into group training to keep honing skills and communication. Now my dog is doing great and I am clear on how to keep helping him be great!

My experience with KC Singleton at Canis Integrated Behavior Solutions is 5-star +. KC took time with Mooch to understand what makes Mooch my 15 month old puppy so anxious. He helped us with tools on knowing how to handle the anxiety and has always been there for us when we hit road bumps. His connection with my dog is so impression. KC and all the staff at Canis Integrated Behavior Solutions are amazing. My dog was hopelessly hard-headed and had been rescued from a bit of a wild upbringing. KC and the whole crew took special care to train both ME and my dog so that he will have a long, comfortable life. He is such a good dog now and he LOVES going back to Canis to board when I am out of town. They are wise, educated, patient, concerned, listen carefully, understand that each dog has its own personality, and the training is one that I can replicate at home. The more I do it, the better my dog (and I) communicate and share our home. I have enormous gratitude for KC and his company. Thanks! UPDATE 2025: There has never ever been a better dog trainer nor boarding facility. We have had our dogs travel with us to 10 states and never found anyone with a greater sense of care, knowledge or understanding of dogs than KC. You cannot beat Canis for training nor as a board/care facility.
