Very strong team led most capably by Carter. Extremely punctual and professional working in adverse conditions — 40 degrees plus and likely to be 20 degrees more in the roof cavity. Handled all our requests without fuss and the finished product is first-class. Would highly recommend this company.
My wife and I needed an Aircon into our bedroom here in our apartment. After ringing another company who said they don't do commercial buildings, even though it is not. I got through to Capital Air and nothing was a problem. In a few days they were here and both were professional yes even Jack the Apprentice. Last night we both had a perfect sleep with the air conditioner on low and it helps to muffle out all the outside noises around our building. Already our son is going to do the same with Capital Air after seeing ours. I highly recommend Capital Air to anyone. I could not have been more impressed with the service from Capital Air. Mackenzie was professional, honest and friendly, and I really appreciate the time and care he took to explain potential problems and how everything works. He was on time (impressive for an aircon technicians in the middle of summer!) and was able to fix our problem promptly and inexpensively. We will never use anyone else. Thank you so much!!
My old evaporative died just before Xmas so really needed a new air con installed so I didn't have to swelter inside in the Xmas heat. Tim promptly came out and quoted and advised on the right system for my needs. The quote came in at a good price and they were able to do it a week before Xmas! Callum came and installed and did a great job!
